Our LEDs can be replaced effortlessly — whether on your Christmas tree, potted tree, wreath, or garland. How many LEDs do I need?

That depends entirely on which product you want to replace. As a rule, you only need a new LED if an individual one stops working – and fortunately, that is rare. Our ArtiTree replacement LEDs are specially designed to easily replace individual defective lights. So you do not need to replace the entire set. Just in case, we recommend keeping a small set in stock – so you are well prepared and can quickly restore the festive glow.

Are the trees battery-operated or powered by a plug?

All our trees with integrated string lights are plug-powered – for a reliable power supply without changing batteries.

When will my variant be available again?

We do our best to make all products available again as quickly as possible. If it does take longer, you can sign up for a notification on the product page. As soon as your variant is available again, you will receive an email from us.

Our standard delivery to Germany, Belgium, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Austria, or the United Kingdom is free for orders over 49€.
Shipping to Denmark, Finland, or Sweden costs 14.99€.
Shipping to Switzerland costs 24.99€.

Returns:

A return from Germany, Belgium, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Austria, or the United Kingdom costs 20€ for large products (e.g. tree) and 10€ for small products (e.g. wreath).

Please simply stick the return label you receive in our Returns Center on the outside of your return parcel. This ensures your return is always sent to the correct address.
