Your 100% injection-molded artificial Christmas tree, garland, or wreath comes with a manufacturer's guarantee from us, ArtiTree GmbH.
What is covered?
You get a 2-year warranty on your product. If you register it at https://artitree.com/garantie within 30 days of purchase, we'll extend the warranty by another year—for a total of 3 years of protection. The warranty is valid throughout Germany.
If any material or manufacturing defects occur during this time, we'll take care of it: We'll repair your product or replace it with a new one—it's up to us.

What is not covered?
The guarantee does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper or abusive use
- Failure to observe safety instructions
- Damage caused by the use of violence (e.g. blows)
- Own repair attempts
- Environmental influences such as heat or humidity
What do you have to do?
If you have a warranty issue, please first email us at kundenservice@artitree.de to report the issue. We will then explain the next steps. Make sure to package your product properly so it is not damaged on its way to us. Please include a copy of your invoice—without it, we unfortunately cannot process your warranty. If the seller's name is not on the invoice, please include it as well.
Shipping costs and repair:
If the warranty applies, we will cover the shipping costs.
Also important:
Your statutory rights in the event of defects remain, of course. The guarantee doesn't restrict these rights, but rather provides you with additional protection. So, you can always contact us if there's anything wrong with your product – regardless of whether it's covered by the warranty or not.
