Register return

You can use this form to return products within the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Requirements

  • Your order is less than 14 days old . The start date of the return period is the date on which your order was verifiably received.

  • The products are in new condition (no signs of use) or the product has damage that was already present when the package arrived at your home.
    Important: Products that have been sprayed with Febreze, for example, or that smell of cigarette smoke are also no longer considered new.

Why are returns subject to a fee?

  • We cover the shipping costs for the first shipment – ​​that's our service for you. If the item is damaged and you would like to return or exchange it, we will of course also cover the return shipping. In all other cases, we ask for your understanding that return shipping is subject to a fee. Returns incur high costs, which ultimately drive up prices for everyone. They also burden the environment through additional transport. By ensuring fair return shipping, we want to use resources responsibly and enable more sustainable shopping.

  • Our return process remains simple and fair:

     ➔ For 10€ you can return smaller products (goods value < 180€) through us.

    ➔ For 20€ you can return larger products (goods value > 180€) through us.

    ➔ You can easily get a DHL label / shipping QR code via our returns portal.

    ➔ We conveniently deduct the flat rate from your reimbursement amount – it couldn't be easier!
